Our team recently tackled a basement waterproofing project for a customer who noticed water seeping in where the wall meets the floor. We installed our WaterGuard interior drainage system to catch any water that enters and direct it to the TripleSafe sump pump. This powerful pump then pumps the water out through an exterior discharge line, ending with a LawnScape outlet in the yard. These systems work together seamlessly to keep the basement dry all the time, ensuring peace of mind for the homeowner.
Sealed System
Once the drainage and sump pump system are sealed, the concrete is left to dry to secure the systems.
WaterGuard
To catch water that enters the basement, our WaterGuard System is installed around the perimeter of the room. Water is then directed to the sump pump to be drained out of the home.
LawnScape Outlet
This outlet allows water to freely escape out of the discharge line and away from the foundation. This prevents re-entry of water into the basement.
Damaged Walls
From water entering at the wall/floor joint, a portion of the drywall needed to be removed for safety reasons.
