This pool deck was cracked and beginning to sink. This often happens due to excess moisture beneath the slab causing the soils to shift and weaken.
We lifted, leveled, and restored the cracked and sunken pool deck with Poly injections. The special polymer formula is strong enough to lift concrete slabs, but is so lightweight that it adds no pressure to the soils below.
To divert water away from the pool deck to keep the surrounding soils dry and strong, we installed buried downspout extensions with LawnScape outlets to the gutter discharge lines.
