Photo Album: Damp and Sagging Crawl Space Problem Solved in Jacksonville, FL

Our team recently completed a comprehensive repair of a customer's damp and sagging crawl space. We began by installing CleanSpace drainage matting to facilitate water flow and prevent pooling. Next, we applied a CleanSpace vapor barrier to seal the area, effectively blocking moisture and preventing future dampness. We also sealed all open vents to further protect against external humidity. To address the humidity issue, we installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, which ensures the space remains dry and mold-free. Finally, we reinforced the crawl space structure with SmartJack support posts, stabilizing the floor above and correcting the sagging. This multi-faceted approach ensures a dry, stable, and healthy crawl space environment.
