The Sedona is located in the customer's crawl space. The upper duct kit pulls damp air from the upper levels, and running it to the SaniDry unit. As it is cooled and the moisture is removed, the lower duct kit is putting the clean, dry air back into the upper level.
Sealing a damp crawl space with a CleanSpace vapor barrier offers several advantages, including preventing moisture intrusion, reducing mold and mildew growth, improving indoor air quality, and enhancing energy efficiency by maintaining consistent temperatures.
Installing a new EverLast crawl space door to replace the old one in a wet crawl space is beneficial because it provides a durable, airtight seal that prevents moisture from entering the crawl space. This helps to reduce humidity levels, prevent mold growth, and protect the structural integrity of the home.
This formerly moist and musty crawl space got a brand new look and feel after our expert crew worked some waterproofing magic. We installed SilverGlo insulation boards along the walls and encapsulated the remaining area with our ultra-durable CleanSpace vapor barrier to provide the ultimate protection against moisture, humidity, and cold drafts.
Using our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System, we successfully sealed off this customers crawl space.
