Installing our CleanSpace vapor barrier in this crawl space was a simple and effective way to control moisture. It works by sealing off the ground and walls, preventing water vapor from rising into the space. This helps keep the area dry, reduces humidity, and protects the home from mold, mildew, and structural damage.
The SaniDry Sedona removes excess moisture from the air, preventing mold and mildew growth, while the SmartSump pump collects and removes any water that enters the crawl space, ensuring it stays dry and free from flooding.
We installed our foundation pier system by first excavating small areas around the foundation to access the footing. Then, heavy-duty steel piers were driven deep into the ground until they reached stable soil. Once in place, the piers were secured to the foundation, effectively transferring the weight of the structure to the stable soil below, stabilizing the settling foundation and preventing further movement.
