This troubled concrete patio was cracked and begining to sink, consequently causing the roof above to crack as well. This process involves drilling tiny pea-sized holes into the slab and filling them with a special expansive and lightweight formula that allows for a controlled lift and leveling without adding weight to the troubled soils below.
